Blushing Rose

coat: Vero Moda via The Bay
blouse: 1970's vintage via Etsy
skirt: via thrift

Yay! Today was a lovely day with some sunshine peeking through the clouds for a few hours in the afternoon. I celebrated these events by wearing MY FAVOURITE BLOUSE - featuring a rosy pastel hue, embroidered roses, and ascot. (I should have taken a detail shot of the embroidery. Next time!)

In other news, I went to see some bands play in a basement on Friday night. As I was leaving, I stepped on a board with a nail in it, got stuck, and fell on someone. Oh, my pride, it stings! Anyone had any similarly embarrassing mishaps? Let's revel in them!

Okay, so I have been trawling through your blog and it seems I miss posts here and there. I just needed you to know that I am madly in love with your style. You never, ever get it wrong. There is not one outfit I wouldn't wear.

PS I am also crazy in love with your hair!

Red and pink are adorable together. I'm really loving this since I've been in a Valentine's mood lately. (Way too early, I know.) You look super pretty in this outfit!

Eeeek! I bet you were able to compose yourself after the fall. I am really in love with your lip color and the redness of the skirt together with the pink top.

First of all, I love this so much. I love live love red & have been looking for the rift red skirt for ages!

I'm sorry about your foot! Eee that's so terrible sounding. When I was 8 I went to a birthday party & the parents let their dogs crap everywhere without cleaning it up. I stepped in it and cried ahaha.
